This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to information received by Camp Sunshine (“Camp Sunshine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect from you, including: how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected on our Site, www.mycampsunshine.com (the “Site”), whether accessed via computer, mobile device, or other technology or any associated content, materiality, or functionality contained on the Site (the “Services”).

We may use certain tracking technologies on the Site to collect this information including, without limitation, cookies and web beacons. We may use this information for purposes of administering, protecting and improving the Site, to better understand the preferences of visitors to the Site, to identify server problems, to compile aggregated statistics about Site usage, and to help personalize your experience on our Site. Some of the areas of the Site may also contain electronic images known as web beacons (sometimes known as clear gifs, pixel tags or web bugs) that allow Camp Sunshine, and its third party providers or affiliates, to count and track users who have visited certain portions of the Site and other similar traffic history. Web beacons collect only limited information, including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the Web beacon resides.
We also utilize Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, in order to better understand your use of our Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visits the Site, what pages they visit and what other Web sites they used prior to visiting. Google uses the data collected to track and examine the use of the Site, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected on the Site to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Camp Sunshine takes commercially reasonable measures to protect information transmitted via or stored on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that information that users of the Site may transmit or otherwise supply will be totally secure. You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of the Site’s security, this Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Use of which you become aware.

For your convenience, and to provide you with further resources, hyperlinks may be posted on the Site that link to other websites (the “Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of any Linked Sites or of any companies that we do not own or control. Linked Sites may collect information in addition to that which we collect on the Site. We do not endorse any of these Linked Sites, the services or products described or offered on such Linked Sites, or any of the content contained on the Linked Sites. We encourage you to seek out and read the privacy policy of each Site that you visit to understand how the information that is collected about you is used and protected.

 

Social Media Platforms and Websites

Any information, communications, or material of any type or nature that you submit to any of our pages contained on a social media platform or website by e-mail, posting, messaging, uploading, downloading, or otherwise (collectively, a “Submission”) is done at your own risk and without any expectation of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of a social media platform and we are therefore not responsible for any Submissions contained on a social media platform or website. By visiting any of our pages that are contained on any social media platform or website, you are representing and warranting to us that you have reviewed the applicable privacy policy and terms of use of such website or social media platform and that you will abide by all such provisions contained therein.

We may disclose your Personal Information to our agents for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for the particular position you applied for, for other available positions or as otherwise required by law. We may also disclose your Personal Information to third parties hired by us to collect, maintain, and analyze candidates for career positions or as otherwise required by law.

 

Visiting our Website from Outside of the United States

If you are visiting the Site, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. “Do Not Track” Disclosures

California and Delaware law require Camp Sunshine to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, Camp Sunshine adheres to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and does not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.

 

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using the Site.

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us or would like to update or change your personal information or preferences, please follow the instructions below.
